High-speed branching: SLS models
Maruyasu’s SLS models are conveyors that can divide a single conveyor line into two or three lines at high speed. They support an operation capacity of up to 300 units per minute, and can divide loads after scanning by inspection equipment, or after every specified load count. Their timing belt drive systems enable quieter operation and easier maintenance than chain-drive equipment.
Branching: Image recognition units and TLS models
Maruyasu can create electrically controlled line configurations. In this example, an image recognition unit detects the load’s top, bottom and orientation, then a downstream TLS model dividing conveyor splits the line into four lines. TLS models have a maximum operation capacity of about 400 units per minute for dividing operations.
