Specifications
Note:
(1) 0.2 kW motor is set for high-speed type, UD type, and when the mass to be conveyed exceeds 10 kg/unit (distributed load).
(2) When using a high-speed type and 0.2 kW motor, only IVH: general-purpose inverter variable speed can be selected as the speed symbol.
(3) For HS type, only IV: speed change by speed controller inverter or IVH: speed change by general-purpose inverter can be selected.
(4) Motor symbol for HS type and DC:DC motor variable speed can be selected only O.
(5)UD type machine height is 500 mm to 1000 mm. Adjusting bolt: ±25, ±50 selectable.
(Machine height without controller is 440 mm to 1000 mm, and adjusting bolt: ±25 or ±50 can be selected.)
HS type machine height is from 440 mm to 1000 mm. Adjusting bolt: ±25, ±50 selectable.
(When the controller is not mounted, the machine height is 250mm to 1000mm, adjusting bolt: ±25, ±50 selectable.)
(6) The higher the speed and the smaller the belt width, the more bends are required, resulting in grinding dust, but this is not abnormal.
Power supply and speed table(Speed is the center speed of the belt effective width.)
UD type
Note:
Speeds may vary up to -15% from the speed table depending on motor characteristics and load conditions.
UD type
Note:
(1) The upper limit may vary up to -15% and the lower limit may vary up to -25% from the speed table, depending on the motor characteristics and load conditions.
(2) In the case of variable speed type, use within the specified speed range since use at low speed may cause motor burnout.
UD type
Note:
(1) Speed may vary up to -15% from the speed table depending on the motor characteristics and load conditions.
(2) In the case of variable speed type, use within the specified speed range since use at low speed may cause motor burnout.
UD type
Note:
(1) Speeds may vary up to -2% from the speed table depending on the motor characteristics and load conditions.
(2) In the case of variable speed type, use within the specified speed range since use at low speed may cause motor burnout.
HS type
Note:
(1) The upper limit may vary up to -15% and the lower limit may vary up to -25% from the speed table, depending on the motor characteristics and load conditions.
(2) In the case of variable speed type, use within the specified speed range since use at low speed may cause motor burnout.
(3) HS type may not be able to carry the set conveying mass if used at less than 30 Hz.
